Three customer booking and payment options
When your customers book you can offer them the method of
payment option that works best for you:
- If you only accept
payment via cheque or by phone (ie you do not want to
offer online payment facilities) you can do that with
Ticketbook.
- If you do not have an internet payment
gateway and still
want to receive
credit card details online you can use our Encrypted Email
option.
- If you currently have a
supported internet
payment gateway you can
plug it in to your Ticketbook
system. We currently support PayPal, National Australia Bank NSIPS and
Verisign Payflow. It only takes about 15 minutes to set up a PayPal account and it is free to set up.

Customise your booking form
Ticketbook allows you to collect the extra information that
you
might need from your customers. For example, a tour company may need to
know the ages and/or level of fitness of the participants. Some
companies need to know about special dietary considerations. Ticketbook
allows you to quickly set up these extra questions specific to your
business.
If the questions need to be "per person"
then your
customer will automatically get the correct number of entry boxes for
the number of people booking. You may have as many questions "per
person" as you need.
If the questions need to be "per booking", you can set up as
many of those as you need also.
In both cases you can add validation rules to help ensure that
the
data the customer enters is what you expect. This will
reduce the
number of phone calls you need to make to check information.
Integration with your existing web site
Ticketbook is designed to be integrated into your existing web
site
giving a seamless experience to your customers. The Ticketbook system
is hosted on our web server while it looks like it is on yours
because all
your current navigation and images are automatically loaded from your
website when a customer views any of your Ticketbook pages. This means
that your customers still have access to your page links so they can
navigate your site.
